Stephanie has about 20 years experience in the cleaning industry under her belt which helped her to quickly advance into a leadership position. Managing a team is very different from the cleaning aspect of the job and Steph is knocking it out of the park! She has become my right arm in the field, taking on more responsibility, and putting her whole heart into this company! She is growing and learning at the speed of light, embracing challenges and 100% committed to the vision of the company and where we intend to go. Steph has taken her position to new levels and we are super blessed to have her on our team!

Jessica, my daughter, has been in the field since she was 2 years old! When I began this company 26 years ago for family and friends, Jess came along with me! She was always so well behaved I could bring her anywhere and she would sit with a coloring book and crayons for hours! 26 years later she is helping in many aspects of the business now, anything admin, jumping in the field when someone needs the day off, and most recently doing walkthroughs for quoting jobs. Love having this girl working by my side, helping to fulfill the vision of the company through her own hardwork and dedication.

Crystal is a super cool mom of twin boys, loves fishing and anything Jurassic Park! She is one of our hardest and most dedicated workers. She has several years of cleaning experience and has been a great addition to our team! Crystal is just a cup of sunshine, has a great outlook and perspective and makes the most of difficult situations. Crystal takes great pride in her work, always caring about the details, and always eager to go the extra mile. Crystal is a great representation of our company and it’s Core Values. Lori-Ann , my cousin, my best friend and soul sister, now my Employee Care Specialist! Lori has been the wind beneath my wings my whole life but for the last few years she has really pushed me through to make things happen in my business-Chop chop let’s go-get it done! This is a new roll for her as well as for our company. She is the go to girl for the employees, she tracks their absences, performance, progress, and makes sure they have everything they need to have a successful, joyous experience with us. On the flip side of that she also carries the responsibility of disciplinary action if need be. She is also MY go to girl, helping me keep track of the many tasks it takes to run the business and my life! She brainstorms with me, keeps me focused on the most pressing tasks and has such a knack for making people feel special, and valued I knew I had to create a position within the company just for her! It is such a blessing to have her on the team!
